At Geekle Corporation, we want you to be satisfied with our services. We value any feedback from our customers and do everything to fix all possible issues. However, if you are still not satisfied, please refer to our refund policy mentioned below.

NOTE: If you made a purchase from elsewhere than the Geekle US website, please return your purchased copy with proof of payment to the third party from which the copy was obtained.

HOW TO GET A REFUND?
Geekle Corporation offers a 14-day money-back guarantee! You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund by clicking on this button below. Before submitting a refund request, refer to our refund terms below for more information. Please, be aware that Geekle Corporation is not liable for any commissions made by third parties.
ARE YOU ENTITLED TO A REFUND?
GEEKLE CORPORATION REFUND TERMS

Geekle Corporation provides customers with all possible kinds of support, including email support, telephone support, live chat, etc. Therefore, if the customer did not follow the instructions, or refused to use our assistance, Geekle Corporation has the right to decline the refund request.

A refund requested after the first 14 days is given only in case of problems directly related to Geekle Corporation. If there is relevant evidence and proof provided by the customer on this matter (i.e. error messages or screenshots), and these issues cannot be resolved by our support, we may consider giving you a refund for the inflicted damage. Refunds can not be given in case of general computer or internet problems unrelated to Geekle Corporation. Customer’s inability to connect to the stream is not a reason or justification for a refund.

Certain refund requests may be considered by Geekle Corporation on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Geekle Corporation.

NOTE:
If you have made a request for a refund during but not exceeding the first 14 (fourteen) full days from the day of your purchase, we will grant you a refund that covers the price of the purchase made. If you requested a refund not exceeding 7 (seven) days before the start of the event, we will grant you a refund that covers half of the price of the purchase made. If you have made a request for a refund during 7 (seven) full days before the start of the event, we will not grant you a refund that covers the price of the purchase made.
WHAT IS THE REFUND PROCEDURE?
Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed and processed by our support team and shall require from 3 business days to process the received materials and give an initial response, unless a refund can not be performed due to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Geekle Corporation is obliged to take all possible actions within our competence to fix the problem. If the support team confirms that the problem cannot be fixed, a refund will be given. In case your refund request can not be performed due to terms and conditions set forth herein, you will be notified as soon as possible.

The calculation of the amount of money needed for a refund is executed by our support team based on a specific algorithm.

Geekle Corporation is not responsible for any independent actions taken by the customer or help from any third parties.

Refunds are processed from up to 10 business days — the amount of time needed by the bank to process the payment. All processing fees are non-refundable.

Once a refund is given, further usage of Geekle Corporation’s services becomes illegal; therefore the customer must terminate using the services. Also, all registration data will be immediately blocked, and the refunded customers will not be able to use Geekle Corporation’s services. Any further usage of Geekle Corporation’s services will be an infringement as well as other intellectual property rights.

The logic of the Refund Policy also applies to refunding a subscription purchased with any type of discount.
